The This Morning presenter, who already has a son with husband Dan Baldwin, announced her second pregnancy in November.
After revealing the news on the ITV magazine show, the 29-year-old wrote on Twitter: "We had our scan yesterday and are very happy to let you know we are expecting a baby girl... Xxx (sic)"
Willoughby's co-host Phillip Schofield recently joked that he believes she gets pregnant to avoid skating on Dancing On Ice.
