The Dancing On Ice star - daughter of chatshow duo Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan - opened up to New magazine about her feelings on her body.
"Like all girls, I have my insecurities," she said. "I hate my face, I really hate it. I have moments where I watch myself on camera and think, 'God, I'm ugly!'
"I'd absolutely love a nose job, but I'd absolutely never do it. It's just not in my nature."
Discussing Jason Gardiner's recent comment about her "baboon bum", she added: "My coach has been saying to me since day one, 'You stick your bum out far too much!' So as soon as Jason said it, I knew exactly what he meant and I knew he was right. But it was a bit embarrassing being called 'baboon bum' in front of ten million people."
