According to Undercover, the TV personality's literary project tells the story of a female celebrity who has struggled to match the same levels of fame as her sister.
The book's synopsis is said to read: "Amber and Chelsea Stone are sisters who share the same dream - huge, global fame. As children they were close, but success has pulled them apart. Both have the looks, the talent, and the star quality - but only one has the ruthless ambition to make it to the very top. And she will stop at nothing to get what she wants."
Osbourne, who has titled the novel Revenge, fell out with Dannii when the Australian joined The X Factor's judging panel in 2007.
After quitting the ITV1 show last year, Osbourne went on to make a number of public attacks on her former rival, branding the singer a manipulative bully.
Revenge is currently expected to be published in March 2010.
