The 17-year-old will play the part in Weymouth, Dorset later this year at the Pavilion Theatre's annual festive show.
Speaking of his casting, Daniels told the Dorset Echo: "I have always wanted to be in a pantomime. Peter Pan is a fabulous role and I just hope I can do it justice.
"The singing and the acting are fine. But I understand that I will be actually flying all around the theatre - that worries me a little!"
The production, which runs from December 14 to January 3, will also star former Emmerdale actor Matt Healy (Matthew King) in the role of Captain Hook.
Pavilion manager Sue Frost said: "The pantomime at the Pavilion has always been hugely popular and one of the highlights on the calendar. But this year, with Lloyd as top of the bill, I think we can expect even more attendance than usual."
Daniels will promote his new part by appearing at the Pavilion for a meet and greet session on June 8 from 4pm.
