Jesy Nelson, 20, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 19, Perrie Edwards, 18 and Jade Thirlwall, 18, told Heat that they have received more attention from girls than boys.
Nelson said: "We don't really get very much attention from boys. I think people think we'd get loads of guys asking us out, but we don't.
"It's okay though. We're all too busy anyway. I don't think there's any chance of us dating anyone before the show ends, we're all too focused."
Thirlwall, who confirmed that she is dating "an electrician from South Shields", added: "We get loads of messages from girls, but hardly any from boys."
Of her boyfriend, she added: "We knew each other for ages and then got together... He's been down [to The X Factor] a few times but it's too much of a distraction.
"I don't want to be looking for him in the audience - and I would. I need to concentrate. But he knows I've got to get on with it and he's really understanding."
Last week, it was claimed that Jedward star John Grimes was "smitten" with Little Mix star Pinnock after the two met while filming a speed dating sketch.
Louis Walsh had previously admitted hat he wanted to set up Jedward with members of Little Mix.
Earlier this month, Nelson admitted that she was hurt when people insulted her appearance under YouTube videos of the band.
Fellow X Factor finalist Amelia Lily told the magazine: "I have a lot of people trying to ask me out on Twitter all the time.
"I had one guy propose. He just sent me an engagement ring in the post with nothing else, just a note saying, 'This is for you'."
She added: "I've never had a proper boyfriend before. I've always been so focused on my career that I've never really met the right guy."
It was rumoured that Lily had dated Frankie Cocozza before he was axed from the show, but Cocozza later denied the reports.
Misha Bryan added that she was "engaged", before adding: "His name is music."
