However, she refused to go to hospital as she was on the way to a gig.
Spraggan was due to perform at The Viaduct in Leeds when she collided with a bus, but she avoided any serious injuries.
A source said: "She's in pain but is battling through it."
The singer previously joked that she has often been involved in accidents, saying: "Not dying so far is probably the best thing I've achieved."

She entered at number 11 yesterday (September 2) with her track 'Last Night' in the UK singles chart despite being removed from iTunes midweek.
