'X Factor' Lucy Spraggan: 'Marina Diamandis is my dream woman'

Lucy Spraggan has admitted that Marina Diamandis is her "dream woman".

The X Factor contestant said the Marina and the Diamonds star is her top celebrity crush, Metro reports.



Spraggan, 21, revealed: "She is my dream woman; if I met her, it'd be embarrassing.

"For once, I think I'd be lost for words."

She also tweeted about her love of Diamandis on Twitter, responding to a fan with: "I fangirl over Marina and the Diamonds."

Spraggan has said previously that she hopes to help others come out as a result of being open about her sexuality, commenting that "to have helped someone come out is the biggest compliment ever".

She has also said she hopes to find love after her time on The X Factor.

"X Factor must do wonders for your love life," she commented. "Girls do love girls with guitars."

Spraggan was revealed as the most listened-to contestant so far this series by Last FM despite being behind bookies' favourites Ella Henderson and James Arthur.
