Simeon Dixon told BBC Radio 1Xtra's Sarah-Jane Crawford: "Lucy Spraggan had so many bad days and it was hard to try to connect and talk to her."
Charlie Rundle agreed, saying: "She sounded a bit grumpy. Don't get me wrong, she's talented. But a smile wouldn't go amiss, if you know what I'm saying."
MK1 have previously named Chris Maloney as the show's biggest diva behind the scenes.
Reiterating their point, Dixon added: "Chris had a tendency of being a little diva, but he's a cool guy."
The duo have also labelled judges Gary Barlow and Nicole Scherzinger as "rude" for talking during their sing-off performance.
