The X Factor judge stripped down last week to serenade him on a night out in front of everyone while she sang 'Happy Birthday'.
She told Digital Spy at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women Awards: "The most fearless thing I've ever done? Last week I was wearing that latex corset to Rylan's birthday party!
"And I think it's pretty fearless to move someplace I've never lived, away from home and give it a chance - and take a chance on my contestants and the shows."

On pouring her curves into the PVC outfit, she confidently revealed there was no dutch courage needed: "That was easy, honey. I just had a cuppa tea and I was fine!"
