After watching Sharon's father Don Arden suffer from Alzheimer's disease, the Osbournes decided that they would not want to continue living if their mental health was ever affected by an illness.
"When Ozzy and I would go to the home that we put my dad in, Ozzy would call it god's waiting room, you would see these people in there week after week, their bread is dead but their body is alive," Sharon told Parkinson. "It's so cruel and such a terrible thing to happen to anybody and we wouldn't want put our family through that or ourselves.
"We have found a clinic that you go to and that's it basically - the old injection. Ozzy wants to put the Beatles on, listen to the Beatles - I will have to suffer the Beatles one more time! That would be it."
Parkinson airs at 10.35pm tonight on ITV1.
