The Mail On Sunday claims that the Strictly Come Dancing judge will start to write the book when this series of the programme has finished.
The work will reportedly include at least one chapter about her time on the show, including information from behind the scenes.
"Alesha has decided that now is the time to do her life story," a source said. "She will be lifting the lid on the breakdown of her marriage [to MC Harvey] and all the secrets of Strictly."
Last year, Dixon claimed that she did not want to write an autobiography because she wanted to keep her personal life private.
