The former England cricketer, who had a six-year affair with single mum Sadia Saleem, was given the decree nisi by district judge Martin Berry on the grounds of "unreasonable behaviour" from his partner.
The couple will share custody of their two daughters. Court papers confirmed that the pair's relationship had "broken down irretrievably" and that Vandana had "behaved in such a way that the petitioner cannot reasonably be expected to live with the respondent".
"They are both sad about this and are agreeing an amicable parting," said the couple's rep. "Their priority is the wellbeing of their two daughters."
Neither party was in court for the hearing yesterday.
