The pro dancer, who won the BBC reality show last year with Chris Hollins, claimed that she has the same body hang-ups about cellulite and stretch marks as every other woman.
"I've never been overweight and I feel comfortable at the weight I am, but I always think I can be more toned. Don't we all?" she told Closer magazine.
"I can't eat whatever I want just because of all the exercise I do. I have a big appetite and can eat for England. I don't want to be the person who goes for dinner with friends and just eats a boring salad."
She continued: "My cellulite's not too bad, but I definitely have it, and it's the same with stretch marks. Fake tan makes everything look better, and we get sprayed every week before the show, which helps."
Jordan, who is married to fellow Strictly pro James, also revealed that she would consider cosmetic surgery in later life.
"I'd never say no. You should do whatever makes you happy," she said. "If I have kids - which I'd like to in the future - and my boobs go down to my knees, I'll have surgery."
