Speaking at last night's Cosmopolitan Women Of The Year Awards, she told Heat: "I think I'm very lucky to be working with Artem.
"Kara doesn't mind [me dancing with Artem] - in fact, Kara knows exactly what I'm going through, so we text every day."
"She'll ask me, 'Are you okay today?' She knows she has nothing to worry about."
Tabloid reports recently suggested that ex-EastEnders actress Tointon is jealous of her on-screen chemistry with Chigvintsev.
