Sampson mum denies dumping fan mail

Lesley has been accused of fly-tipping after bags containing letters written by fans of the street dancer were discovered outside her home in Birchwood, Warrington.
Appearing at Warrington Magistrates' Court yesterday, the 40-year-old spoke only to deny the charge and confirm her name, date of birth and address.
She has been prosecuted under Section 33 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The case has been adjourned ahead of a pre-trial review which will take place on August 24.
Her 15-year-old son won the ITV talent contest in 2008 and was recently named favourite reality contestant of the year at the Digital Spy Reality Awards.
