The Britain's Got Talent winner was asked to leave his London apartment after neighbours complained that he had been playing the song 'On My Own' too loudly.
Speaking to The Sun, Sampson said: "My neighbours were always complaining and when the contract expired the letting agents told me that they didn't want me living there anymore. So I kind of got evicted, yes.
"They actually wrote that they weren't going to extend the contract because of 'On My Own' in particular. My sisters love that song and were so goddamn noisy when they came round."
The breakdancer is currently staying in a hotel with his mum.
"I was bothered about being thrown out at first but it was only a little flat and it was really expensive," he admitted. "It means we could get a big house just outside of London for the same money so that's the plan now."
