The 45-year-old Life Stories host claimed that Holden would consider any project "if the cheque [was] big enough".
He told Star magazine: "I'm not Amanda. I don't share her view that you should sell your wedding and tell all about your sex texts."
When asked whether there is any part of her life that she would decide not to sell, he retorted: "Not that I've seen so far."
Morgan recently hit back at criticisms from Sir Trevor McDonald over his interview with Gordon Brown ahead of the general election.
Britain's Got Talent returns on Saturday at 8pm on ITV1.
