Sampson: 'Love life is complicated'

George Sampson has admitted that he finds being in a relationship "complicated" because of his fame.

The Britain's Got Talent winner claimed that he has trouble trusting female admirers who make advances on him.

"It's the most difficult thing to find a girlfriend because you want someone who is legit," he told the Liverpool Echo. "You can either date a celebrity or date someone who isn't in it for that."

Sampson also gave his backing to the new judging line-up on Got Talent, which features Michael McIntyre and David Hasselhoff.

"I think it's going to be funny. I'm looking forward to watching Michael McIntyre - he couldn't be more British," he said. "I think The Hoff will make it really funny and Amanda [Holden] will keep it what it always was and set the standards."
