Kate Walsh, Philip Taylor not engaged?

Former Apprentice contestants Kate Walsh and Philip Taylor did not get engaged earlier this week, it has been claimed.

Previous reports had suggested that the pair had decided to wed after they were spotted looking at engagement rings at a London jewellers.

However, a friend told Heat: "Kate and Phil were having lunch and decided to look around Hatton Garden as neither had been before and it was close by.

"Kate is looking to buy Phil a watch for his 30th birthday and when they were having a look they decided to try on a few rings just for fun - Kate loves jewellery."

They added: "The relationship is still early days, but who knows what the future will bring?"
