Siadatan, who won the fifth series of The Apprentice last year, fell for Andrew Hepburn within weeks of starting her job at AMScreen Healthcare and they are now expecting their first child, according to the Sunday Mirror.
She told the newspaper: "I feel very lucky. Life is brilliant at the moment. We're really enjoying everything that comes with it. Things are really good."
A friend added: "Yasmina knew she was taking a risk by getting involved with someone at work, but it just felt right. They haven’t been together very long, but they're delighted about the baby and about setting up home together.
"She and Andrew were discreet when they were together and both working for AMScreen. It wasn't serious at first and Mina was worried about what Lord Sugar would say. But you can't help who you fall for and Lord Sugar is fine about it. She'll take maternity leave - Lord Sugar respects that women want to work and have children too."
A spokesman for Lord Sugar said: "He is pleased for Yasmina and very supportive."
