The 31-year-old revealed that he popped the question to "fellow geek" Sarah Fawcus in June and has already began planning their wedding.
The couple started dating just three weeks before Pellereau entered the BBC reality show.
"We are both big geeks and the wedding is going to be incredibly fun," he told The Sun. "I am very fortunate that I met Sarah before all of this started. She is an engineer as well so she is very well grounded."
Pellereau won the seventh series of The Apprentice on Sunday, earning the privilege of going into business with Lord Sugar.
The 64-year-old entrepreneur has since revealed that their venture will be based on Pellereau's invention of a curved nail file.
Speaking of her husband-to-be's success, Fawcus added: "I'm so proud of Tom. It's still not sunk in that he won."
