The actress and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed daughter Stella Doreen at LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre yesterday afternoon.
Her spokeswoman revealed that the new arrival was born via C-section and weighed in at 6lbs 8oz, adding: "She's here! She's a healthy baby girl. Tori and baby are resting comfortably."
The couple already have one-year-old son Liam Aaron. McDermott also has son Jack, 9, from his previous marriage.
Spelling, 35, recently confirmed that she will reprise her role as Donna Martin in the upcoming Beverly Hills, 90210 spinoff.
