The actor, who plays Scott Windsor, is accused of attacking the girl, from Cheshire, on a sunlounger at the Almond Beach Resort in November, Bridgetown magistrates' court heard.
Magistrates are deciding whether to send the case for trial at a higher court, but Freeman's lawyers want them to rule there is "no case to answer".
The court was told how after the attack a security guard at the resort protected Freeman from the girl's angry father.
The guard said he found the girl and saw her mother hit her on the head. She was then taken into a room, then her father emerged and started yelling at Freeman.
"I tried to protect him," said the guard. "The father was cussing but I told him I had a job to do."
A policeman who interviewed Freeman said the actor denied rape straight away. He admits they had sex but says she consented.
The case is due to contiue on Friday.
