Winward dating Jonas Armstrong?

Sammy Winward is dating Robin Hood star Jonas Armstrong, according to a report.

The actress, who plays Emmerdale's Katie Sugden, has even been flying to Hungary where Armstrong is filming another series of the hit, says The People.

A source told the paper: "Jonas can't believe he's finally found his real-life Maid Marian. He hadn't had a girlfriend for yonks.

"He's been waiting for his Mrs Right and although it's early days their romance is heating up."

Winward split up with rugby player Dave Mercer in April and is said to have met Armstrong earlier this year at a television awards ceremony.

A spokesman for the actress commented: "She and Jonas have been spending time together when they're not filming."
