The actress, who plays barmaid Chastity Dingle on the soap, said both she and fiancé Rudi Coleano proposed to each other around the same time.
Pargeter told The Sun: "I proposed first when we were in Dubai on holiday. Since then he has done the manly thing and proposed again and bought me another ring.
"We haven’t set a wedding date yet but there’s still room for a plain gold band on my third finger left hand!
"We may just jet off for a beach wedding in somewhere like Dubai and take our daughter Lola, two, with us."
