Kate Nash wanted 'Hollyoaks' role
Kate Nash has revealed that she tried to get a role in Hollyoaks before her music career took off.

According to the Daily Star, the singer attempted to land the part of a "weirdo" in the Channel 4 soap.

Nash said: "I was chasing a part in Hollyoaks for a while. It was to play a weirdo."

She added: "With my figure it wouldn’t be a glamour girl, would it!"
