The former Spice Girl and Australian X Factor judge, who welcomed third daughter Madison with husband Stephen Belafonte last month, said that breastfeeding helped her stomach "shrink" back to its normal size.
When asked if she felt the need to shed weight, Mel B told OK! magazine: "Not really, but my stomach went flat almost straightaway. Breastfeeding is amazing; you can actually feel your stomach shrink with every feed."
She said of her first pregnancy: "I gave birth to... Phoenix 12 years ago and when you're that age, your body bounces back with little effort. I had Angel and put on quite a lot of weight - I only stepped into a gym after she was born."

Mel B said of her exercise regime: "I travel a lot and like to keep my workouts fun, whether that's going on hikes with the kids and my husband or taking a dance class."
She also said that she felt "really sick" for the first four months of her pregnancy with Madison and was "so uncomfortable" towards the end, but said that the labour itself was "incredible".
Mel B recently revealed that she feels like she has done motherhood "right" this time, saying: "I had a rocky marriage with Phoenix's dad. The relationship with Angel's dad was over halfway through the pregnancy, and I had to suck it up and get on with it. This time I've done it with my partner - someone to get excited by every scan - and it feels like I've finally done it right."
