Amy was linked to Henson following his split from Charlotte Church earlier this year, when the pair were both involved in ITV's new reality TV programme 71 Degrees North.
"That’s absolute doo doo," he told OK of the rumours. "You can't flirt in those conditions!"
Amy also dismissed the claims.
"It was so silly," she said. "We're all just really good friends, that will be obvious when people see the show."
71 Degrees North begins on Saturday at 9pm on ITV1.
