'X Factor USA' Paula Abdul splits with boyfriend

X Factor USA judge Paula Abdul has separated from boyfriend Jeff Bratton.
The former American Idol panelist split with the record label boss back in November after deciding that their work commitments left "little time" for a relationship.
"Paula and I split in November," Bratton confirmed to People. "It was an amicable thing. But between the final months of X Factor and my responsibilities with [my label] Cascine, there was little time for us.
"We're still close. And I'll always be grateful for the time we shared as a couple."
The former couple embarked on a long-distance relationship after meeting in 2010, splitting time between her home in Los Angeles and Bratton's New York property.
Abdul's X Factor USA colleague Simon Cowell recently claimed that there was "sexual tension" between them when they met on Idol's first series in 2002.
