The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant was allegedly involved in a brawl outside Deuces Bar and Lounge in Chigwell in the early hours of Monday morning.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: "A 23-year-old man attended an East London police station by appointment and was arrested on suspicion of affray." Tweed was bailed until later this month.
Following the fracas, Wright and Tweed's younger brother Lewis were arrested at the scene.
Wright's spokesman said of the incident: "There was an altercation outside his premises. He did go outside to see what was happening and became involved in a scuffle.
"He was not charged with anything and I believe CCTV is being reviewed."
Deuce's, which is co-owned by Tweed and Wright, was the target of an arson attack in October last year.
