Lauren Goodger explains nose surgery

Speaking to Buzz, Goodger explained that "a trampoline accident" prompted her to undergo professional treatment, unlike socialite Tara Palmer-Tomkinson, who reportedly wants surgery for cosmetic reasons.
She said: "Tara Palmer-Tomkinson wants a second nose job. My nose surgery was to fix the damage from a childhood trampoline accident. So it's different, but you can become addicted to surgery."
The 24-year-old has been at the centre of the reality TV show's second series, after she and fellow star Mark Wright got engaged.
The Only Way Is Essex continues on Sunday at 10pm on ITV2.
