Writing in the Daily Star, the Only Way Is Essex beautician said that the former Spice Girl is top of her wishlist of celebrity clients.
"My biggest dream cameo would be fellow Essex girl Victoria Beckham. I'd love to vajazzle her," Childs admitted. "Other celebs on my vajazzling list would be Caprice and Katy Perry... I already said I'd pejazzle Russell Brand so I don't want her feeling left out."
On Perry's recent praise for the ITV2 show, Childs added: "Katy said she loved me recently on stage, I couldn't believe it, I wanted to cry."
The 19-year-old went on to reveal that she wants The Saturdays star Frankie Sandford to film a cameo for the show.
"I've met Frankie Sandford a few times because she's from Essex. She's a really lovely girl," she said. "I saw her the other day in the Slug And Lettuce in Essex actually.
"I'd love her to do a cameo on the show, but The Saturdays are so big now I'm not sure they'd have time to."
The Only Way Is Essex continues tonight at 10pm on ITV2.
