Wright was reported to have cheated on Goodger with ex-girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh during a trip to Marbella, and was romantically linked to Hollyoaks star Jorgie Porter upon his return to the UK.
Breaking her silence over the cheating allegations, Goodger stated that she was struggling to continue defending Wright and pledged to end their relationship if she could prove that he had been unfaithful.
"He's lost that trust. He will never go to Marbella without me. Ever," she promised New magazine.
"It was more that he'd put himself in this position. It's hard for me to fight his corner and stick up for him. Even if he is innocent people will say he isn't and will think I'm an idiot for getting back with him.
"There's a limit to what I can take. If I could prove he'd cheated, I'd leave. But because I've not got that evidence and everyone's going, 'Oh, that's just what they make it look like', what can I do? If he does disrespect me, it'll come out in the end."
Goodger further argued that the 24-year-old is just as insecure about their relationship, but has been moulded into a villainous character by The Only Way Is Essex editors.
"I've known Mark since he was 14 so to me he's just Mark," she said. "Everyone thinks I put him on a pedestal, but I don't. It¹s equal. And he's probably more jealous about me than I am of him.
"But they don't like to show that on the show because they want to make it look like he's the player."
Goodger's future sister-in-law Jessica recently predicted that the couple will not get married anytime soon.
