The 17-year-old is said to have invested in the procedure ahead of his debut pantomime appearance on Friday (December 9).
"Harry is delighted with the results," a source told The Mirror. "He is really impressed with the way his eyebrows have been lifted and how his wrinkles and frown lines have gone."
Derbidge will perform alongside EastEnders actor Steve McFadden in a production of Peter Pan in Woking. The show will run until January 15.
He is expected to receive a payment of £15,000 for his role.
It was reported last week that Derbidge is one of five cast members to be axed from the next series of TOWIE.
