The 18-year-old was joined by cousin Amy Childs, Gemma Collins, Debbie Bright and Carol Wright as he opened his boutique in Brentwood yesterday (July 10).
Other local celebrities who turned out for the launch included Russell Kane, Nicola McLean, Chico Slimani and X Factor duo 2 Shoes.
Childs also invited along her new boyfriend David Peters, the male model who appeared as the final contestant on this year's series of ITV dating show Take Me Out.
Harry's World offers a variety of products including clothing, jewellery, make-up, bags, scarfs, shoes and an exclusive teeth whitening project.
"I can't believe I'm opening my first shop," Derbidge said on his official website. "It's so nice to bring some bling to Brentwood - it's like a dream come true."
The reality star was praised on Twitter after the launch by Bright, who wrote: "@MrHarryDerbidge congratulations the shop was amazing. Miss u and see u very soon I hope xx love to all".
