The size 18 reality TV personality posed with apples and cakes to launch her new range today (July 11), which fans can purchase through her official website.
Items in the collection include maxi dresses, tops, blazer jackets, waterfall cardigans, and wrap dresses.
Outfits designed by Collins are available in sizes 16-22 and prices start at £30.
"I am so happy to be able to offer bigger girls a clothing range that they can show their curves off in," she stated. "Why should plus-size girls be stuck wearing black and try to cover up?
"Just because you're bigger it doesn't mean you can't dress well and be glam. Girls should be proud of their figure no matter what size you are - I am."
Collins also expressed confidence that the launch of the range would silence those who ridiculed her figure.
"It makes me laugh to think people take the mick out of my size, but I've made being larger actually very profitable," she told the Daily Mail.
"On top of that I've met the man of my dreams. As far as I'm concerned that's enough to answer any critics... frankly, they can kiss my arse."
She added: "I always promised myself if I was in the position to help larger ladies I would. And now I have. With this collection, I've worked with a great team. I helped to draw the designs, picked the fabrics, made decisions about the colours and I couldn't be prouder."
Collins yesterday came out to support ex-TOWIE co-star Harry Derbidge at the launch of his Brentwood boutique.
