'The Only Way Is Essex' Lydia Bright: 'I'm happy for Arg and Gemma'

The Only Way Is Essex cast member Lydia Bright has said that she is "happy" for ex-boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent and his new partner Gemma Collins.

Bright was revealed to have ended her long-term relationship with Argent during the fourth series of the ITV2 reality show earlier this year and he has now started dating their co-star.



However, the boutique owner, who has herself moved on with TOWIE colleague Tom Kilbey, said that she holds no ill feeling towards either of the new couple.

"If Gemma is doing well then I'm happy for her," she told Yahoo OMG. "Why wouldn't I be?

"I think things will be fine. Me and Tom have got our own lives now and Arg and Gemma have their own life, there's no need to have any drama of any sort."



Argent and Collins spoke in detail about the early days of their relationship this week, revealing that they had sex for the first time to the sound of the Backstreet Boys.

"It was magic," he said. "It's the best sex I've ever had... I think she's a beautiful girl, very sexy and I love her curves."
