Speaking to Digital Spy at the launch of her Spring 2013 Clothing Collection at the Millennium Mayfair Hotel, she said: "I'm so proud of Rylan. He done so well. He was so natural on Big Brother.
"Watching him in that house he was Rylan all over. He's like that all day long. I spoke to him on Saturday and said I know he's going to be mental busy, but I hope he's okay."
[Amy at her fashion launch]
The former X Factor singer has made it clear he's keen on having a child and has talked about potential surrogacy mums.
She said: "He'll have a beautiful baby, Rylan. He's so pretty. He's changing the mums though, isn't he? First it was that girl from Two Shoes, now it's Claire [Richards] out of what's-it-called [Steps]. It'll be me next."
Talking about Rylan's recent Twitter spat with Made In Chelsea star Spencer, who wrote Clark's victory "epitomises British demise", she said: "Chelsea vs Essex... Rylan's not everyone's cup of tea, nor is Spencer, but everyone loves Rylan. Is Spencer a bit jealous of him?
"Rylan is getting a lot of work. Everyone's entitled to an opinion but keep it to yourself! Rylan shouldn't change for anyone."
Mentioning an Amy and Rylan-style reality show, she said: "Perfect, bring it on. It would be great. Me and Rylan bounce off each other. We've got fun and banter. But I am going to be on TV again soon."
On Rylan's CBB housemates Speidi, she said: "I didn't get them. Was they playing a game, was they not – I don't know. The way they were just obsessed with each other. They should have been like Jade Goody and Jack Tweed, and done their own thing in the house."
Talking about her collection for spring/summer, with dresses including the 'Abbi', 'Lexi', 'Jemima' and 'Harper', she said: "I'm inspired by Victoria Beckham. Obviously the material is very different, but I think the long, peplum style is similar but I've added my own detail. I'd love her to wear one of mine. She's so glam even going to the chippie. I like to look glam but I'll still wear my onesie and go out wearing my Amy Childs Sleep In Rollers.
"All my four collections have been very sophisticated but I do love the Essex. I need to put a bit of bling on and a bit of Essex glam. These are the types of dresses I'd wear anyway. A little bit of cleavage is classy. I always read Vogue, Cosmo – I never used to but I do now I'm in the whole fashion industry."
[Amy has been compared to surgery addict Jocelyn Wildenstein]
Speaking about her cosmetic surgery - having recently being likened to the Bride Of Wildenstein, she said: "When I read what they said about that it really upset me. I was like, 'Hello! I've had no work done'.
"Well I've had my boobs done twice and my lips but everyone knows about that. I went to Dubai, burnt my face and came back with a cold, and everyone said I had scabby lips and they slated me. I've not had filler in my cheeks, ever. Then they compared me to that catwoman, there's just no similarity one bit. They're just digging me out. But I've gotta laugh.
"I'm so happy with my body now. I've had my boobs done twice and they put a nice natural implant in to suit my body – I had filler eight months ago and I didn't even need it – I just wanted a little bit more of a pout, then I got slated."
[Amy and Rylan]
On a possible comeback to TOWIE, although present cast members have said there's 'no room' for her, she said: "That's why I get thousands and thousands of people on Twitter when it's on saying, 'Come back please - it's not the same without you'.
"Would the cast be shocked if I came back? I don't know. Everyone else would want me to come back but would the TOWIE cast worry if I came back? I don't know. They shouldn't worry because I've always been myself. I'm not a bitchy person, they can say all they want about me. They can say what they want. It goes totally over my head."
Of the slammed live episode, she said: "It wasn't the best. When they told me about it, I said to everyone it's not a good move – it's quite awkward – so when it came on I wasn't shocked. They did the best they could. Everyone slates the show, but people love Essex and when it's on, our shops are so busy."
And would she ever make a return for the movie? "I think if they got the old cast back then definitely."
[Amy with the Wright family, Peter and his brothers]
Of her Essex friend Mark Wright and his new girlfriend Michelle Keegan, she said: "Mark and Michelle are a lovely couple. I've worked with her before when were on Celebrity Juice and we got on so well. She loves my collection. I think they make a brilliant couple."
Asked about his ex Lauren who got booted out on her first appearance on Dancing on Ice, she said: "I get on well with Lauren – obviously DOI has been really hard for her but I'm glad she's happy with someone and Mark's happy because we used to go on photoshoots and stuff and they'd be arguing all the time. Mark looks so happy now."
As a good friend of Peter Andre - we asked her about Katie Price's new marriage, and she said: "I think it's a shock to everyone. Not just for Pete. I think it's a bit too soon but if you're happy, then get on with it.
[Amy says she's 'nothing like' Katie Price]
"Pete's obviously just lost his brother and that's been really hard for him still. Emily's lovely though. I met her a while ago and we got on really well. She's so pretty. She was wearing one of my dresses the other day."
And the Essex glamour girl insists she can't see any comparisons with Katie, she said: "I really think we're nothing alike. People compare me and her because they always want to put two and two together – but I've always been myself.
"I'm into my beauty, doing my massages and vajazzaling. She's not. I'm a professional table tennis player – she's a professorial horse-rider – how different can you get?
"People say I look like her but I think we're so different. I've not had children. I'm in my 20s – I don't even know how old Katie is. She's done so well for herself but we're nothing alike."
