Christina Aguilera has stated that she is open to reuniting with her estranged father.
The Voice coach cut her dad Fausto out of her life after witnessing him abuse her mother as a child, last meeting with the Army Sergeant over 12 years ago.

Despite saying less than two years ago that she "sees no reason" to ever talk to her parent again, Aguilera suggested in the latest issue of Latina that she is ready to confront her "rough" past.
"I've talked about how rough things were for me and I'm sure he's heard it," she said. "He can't be thrilled about it. So maybe one day we can do lunch... I'm 31 years old now. Maybe it's time."
Aguilera also opened up about her divorce from Jordan Bratman, which was finalised in April 2011.
"Was I too young [to get married]? Not at all," she declared. "I did the exact right thing at the time… I definitely wasn't too young. I have always been older than my age."
