Sam and Amanda Marchant have commended Jade Goody for her strength of character throughout her cancer ordeal.

The Big Brother twins praised the 27-year-old after she confirmed that her cancer is terminal and she has just months to live.

Sam, who appeared with her sister on BB8, told PA: "I just want to wish her all the luck. I think she's dealing with it so well. She's talking about it so she's helping people out there who have got cancer and you know, I just wish her good luck."

Goody, who plans to marry boyfriend Jack Tweed "as soon as possible", earlier said that she does not blame medics for the spread of the disease.
