The reality TV star will appear alongside drag queen Bette Rinse in the West End production, which runs at the Basement Theatre Leicester Square from December 4 until December 30.
The show has been described as a "bawdy mix of fabulous cross-dressing near-knuckle comedy, lots of audience participation and much festive cheer".
Kasisopa, who finished sixth in last year's Big Brother, will play Fairy Fone Wong, who is forced to find a new Cinderella when the real one doesn't turn up.
The production will feature performances of Madonna's 'Like A Virgin', Tony Christie's 'Amarillo', The Weather Girls hit 'It's Raining Men' and Dirty Dancing theme song 'Time Of My Life'.
