According to The Sun, the two former reality TV stars met at the Amika nightclub earlier this week.
"They were kissing and cuddling - a bit too much for most of the other clubbers really," said a source. "They were getting some attention as a few people recognised them."
Vickers has apparently split from her non-celebrity boyfriend because she could not "balance her new life and a relationship". She was romantically attached to fellow X Factor star Eoghan Quigg in 2008.
Bhatti, who appeared on the eighth series of the Channel 4 reality show, previously dated Wayne Rooney's cousin Natalie and has claimed that he shared an internet relationship with Katie Price.
