John James: 'Josie's weight was no problem'

The 25-year-old has seen his Bristolian partner drop three stone since she won the Channel 4 reality show in August, but he assured the News of the World's Fabulous Magazine that Gibson's weight had never been an issue.
He said: "I've never had a problem with her size. Sometimes she can mistake me saying we should go to the gym as me having a dig, but I’m not."
Parton also spoke of his surprise that the couple had managed to sustain a romance despite the vast amount of differences between them.
"The more time we spend together the more I realise that we’re opposites in every single way," he admitted.
