The reality TV star opened up about her love life in an interview with OK! magazine, confessing that she was left heartbroken after going through with the termination.
Gibson said that the ex-lover cheated on her numerous times and claimed that he didn't tell her to get rid of the baby until she was three months pregnant.
"I even had baby names picked and he turned around and told me that he didn't want our child and that I should get rid of it," she said. "I didn't really want to have an abortion. But I did it anyway, to please him. Big mistake."
The 25-year-old, who is now dating fellow Big Brother contestant John James Parton, urged other women to always "stay true" to their hearts and not be influenced by men when it comes to abortions.
Gibson and Parton are currently filming a three-part reality show for Channel 5.
