Daley left the show yesterday (July 15) after slapping love interest Hazel on the backside, clasping her neck and pinning her to the bed by both arms as they stayed together in the Safe House. He also warned that he would "finish" her and "nut [her] one".
Speaking prior to his ejection, Daley's younger brother Dudley - who claims to have dated Tulisa Contostavlos - expressed his belief that the boxer and father-of-two "wouldn't get physical" with housemates.
"Daley's a little softie," he said. "He keeps his fighting in the ring. He may raise his voice, but he wouldn't get physical.
"He's a loving and caring dad. That's why he's taken this chance to try and do something with his life."
The 27-year-old also criticised Hazel for getting involved with Daley when he is in a relationship in the outside world.
"She's putting herself out there a little bit, isn't she?" he commented to New. "It takes two to tango, but she knows he's got a girlfriend and needs to back off."
Shedding more light on Daley's "messy" relationship with Katie Corriette, Dudley revealed: "A month before he went in the house, Katie found out something about Daley's past she wasn't happy about... she didn't want to know him and was unsure about things.
"[But] when she found out he was going in the house, she was all like, 'Oh, I want to be with him, everything's amazing now'. I'm a bit annoyed that she's made out everything was cool between them when things were shaky.
"I think she's a bit fame hungry and enjoying the attention she's getting on social media. I'm not defending Daley's [flirting with Hazel]... but there are always two sides to a story and... I'm not going to let people chat s**t about him."
Big Brother continues tonight at 10pm on Channel 5.
