The Australian actress, who is best known for playing Martha Mackenzie in Home and Away, was reportedly paid $140,000 (£89,000) to show her new ring off exclusively on the front cover of this week's New Idea magazine.
Sydney Roosters captain Anasta was first rumoured to have proposed to Gordon in mid-June after they were spotted leaving a Sydney jewellers, but both have since repeatedly denied the reports.
Anasta told New Idea: "I just asked Jodi to spend the rest of her life with me and grow old together. I wanted to get it right because it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing."
Gordon said of her new fiancé: "He's incredibly loving, determined, smart, sexy, intelligent. He ticks all the boxes - not just his physical appearance, but in every way I feel very lucky. The best thing is that Braith is going to be the most incredible husband and father in the world."
The duo said that the proposal took place in the middle of July shortly after they moved into their new home in Clovelly.
Gordon split from Channel Seven heir Ryan Stokes in 2009 shortly after she was found by police hiding in a Sydney apartment with a suspected gangster, while Anasta has previously dated Neighbours actress Erin McNaught.
