The Australian actress, who used to play Nicole Franklin in the soap, was believed to have called off their engagement and scheduled December wedding after deciding to embark on a Hollywood acting career, but Myles's spokesperson insisted that the rumours are false.
He told The Daily Telegraph: "They're still getting married and everything is on track as far as I know."
The couple are now reportedly having a private wedding on December 23 in her hometown of Melbourne.
Myles, however, was spotted at a Gold Coast pool party at Jupiters Casino without James at the weekend. Instead, he posed for photographs with his new Titans teammate Scott Prince and sports star Stephanie Gilmore. Also in attendance were singer Rob Mills, Dancing with the Stars contestants Brynne Edelsten and Nick Bracks and motorcycle legend Mick Doohan.
James and Myles allegedly first experienced relationship problems shortly after he was fined and sacked by the Sydney Roosters for breaking the rules of a team alcohol ban in August.
The club released a statement at the time saying: "Following discussions with Nate Myles and his manager in relation to the recently issued breach notice, it has been determined that Nate will be fined an undisclosed sum and will continue to be excused from training and playing, as well as any other club activity under the terms of his contract.
"The club acknowledges Nate's contribution over the past five years and wish[es] him every success in the future."
Myles later signed with the Gold Coast Titans.
