According to the Daily Star, the Celebrity Big Brother 4 winner chatted Gately up at the Mayfair Club last weekend.
"[Gately] had no idea who this blonde pushing her boobs closer and closer to his face was," said a source. "But, from his alarmed expression, it was obvious he had no interest in any lady lumps."
The source continued: "In a hilarious twist, the Right Said Fred song 'Deeply Dippy' started playing as another fella took Chantelle to one side and explained just why she was barking up a very wrong tree."
Houghton allegedly spent half an hour whispering to the boyband star.
