The former Big Brother contestant was photographed embracing Tweed as he left HMP Wayland in Norfolk today after he was granted early release.
Tweed, 21, was jailed for 18 months in September after being found guilty of assaulting a teenager with a golf club.
However, the trainee footballers' manager will be unable to live with Goody, who is battling cervical cancer, as the terms of his release mean that he must live his mother and adhere to a strict curfew.
Last week, Goody revealed that she could not wait to marry Tweed, saying: "He hasn't formally proposed yet but we've been talking about it for months... There's just an acceptance that it's going to happen."
