Alex Reid 'fascinated with religion'

Alex Reid has claimed that he is "fascinated" about religion following his chats with Stephen Baldwin on Celebrity Big Brother.

Baldwin, who is a born-again Christian, had numerous in-depth Bible discussions with Reid during their time together in the house.

Speaking about their relationship, Reid told the Daily Star: "Stephen was not brainwashing me. He is a Bible-basher and he certainly lives what he talks. But I didn't feel any pressure, I am extremely interested in it though.

"I kind of pray now anyway, we all wish for things. That's the difference, you either call it praying or wishing but it's the same thing. People find it scary to talk about such subjects but it's not really a big deal."

The cage fighter added: "I'm not here to get heavy but I don't understand why people shun it or think it's weird. It was the perfect opportunity to talk about Jesus in the house because we had so much time on our hands... 100% I will keep it up. I am fascinated about it."

Reid tied the knot with Katie Price in a private Las Vegas wedding service last night.
